Hi.

Nice list. I noticed nobody mentioned Jira ( http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/ ). You can buy license for 10 users for 10$. It's highly customizable and I like the idea of running it on my machine which makes sure that my data stays behind the firewall =)

Jira does have a steep learning curve and is aimed at software development companies.

Keep those lists coming!

Best regards,
Artem

@Erica - hear hear! I am a project manager and 5pm is a true project management tool, as opposed to glorified task list or communication tool. It does absolutely everything required to effectively manage projects. I have investigated literally dozens and dozens of PM software tools for my business clients and 5pm wins everytime.

We're small web design studio and we use Thymer (http://thymer.com/) it's new & the task input box is really cool - it's quite different to the apps on this list.

Great list!

You may not want to miss http://www.GoalsOnTrack.com, a very nicely built web app designed for tracking goals and todo lists, and supports time tracking too. It’s clear, focused, easy to navigate, worth a try.

How 5pm did not make it to the list?? (<a href="http://www.5pmweb.com" rel="nofollow">www.5pmweb.com</a>) - available in 12 languages, with mobile interface and own time tracking widget... Plus the easiest interface I've ever seen. Totally worth including in any list, in my opinion.

I use Action Method online for breaking down projects into actionalbe steps, tracking progress, colaborating etc. It's very easy to use and keeps me on track most of the time (except when I choose to ignore technology all together and go off line).

All of these are very decent but I just can't help but like basecamp more. The fact is they do a very good job at making sure your customer feels comfortable signing up and using their products which in turn makes me what to use their products more.
