I find people often hold back what makes them great and this can limit their potential. They listen to the inner critic voice that says, &quot;you can&#039;t do that&quot; or &quot;that is not possible&quot; or &quot;stop dreaming&quot; and it stops people dead in their tracks...and stops the creativity as well. 

Once you learn to identify the inner critic, you are better able to start making some breakthroughs and not hold back. This can then develop into being the leader in your industry or field.
