Interesting thoughts, though I am a little bit confused here.

Why do you invite random readers to join you on facebook by the end of your essay?

You just argued in your essay, that you are very concerned about friendships, and thus strongly advice us not to befriend people we don’t know, or share at least 10 common friends with?

It seems a bit confusing.

Why does being a reader qualify you to be a friend?

I’m not friends with most of the readers of my blog – actually I don’t know most of them. I have probably never even seen them.

Personally, I think adding your readers as friends is bit too close for my taste – unless they are the only friends you have

Thanks for the tips. I would love to see fan page for Guerrilla Freelancing. Let me know when you set one up. I’m trying to figure out who best to use SocMed for our business. I’m starting to use FB more and am just trying to keep up. If you were to pick one, which SocMed site do you think is the best site to use, and why?

Agree about the Facebook fan page. I recently finished a school project and have both a follow us on twitter and be a fan on Facebook because surprisingly a lot of them still don’t use twitter.

Great article, there are some things that I have habits of doing like treating Facebook like Twitter, going to stop that haha.
